Is Odoo Enterprise included in RollBackk pricing?

No. RollBackk pricing covers the platform and the environments it provisions. The Odoo Enterprise licence is separate: bring your own valid licence, or ask us for a commercial agreement.

Can I deploy Odoo Community on RollBackk?

Yes. RollBackk supports Odoo Community environments.

Can I deploy Odoo Enterprise on RollBackk?

Yes. RollBackk supports Odoo Enterprise environments when a valid Enterprise licence is supplied.

Can I export my data and leave?

Yes, at any time and without asking us. Any environment can be backed up on demand, and the archive is a native Odoo zip -- dump.sql, the full filestore and manifest.json -- downloadable from the console by anyone on the team. No support ticket, no admin role, no proprietary format: the same archive restores on any Odoo, including one you host yourself.

Are my environments backed up?

Yes. Every environment can run scheduled backups on a schedule you choose, and you can take one on demand at any time. How long they are kept depends on your plan -- the retention is listed on each plan above. A restore follows exactly the same path as the backup that produced it, so what you restore is what was taken.

Who owns the code I deploy?

You do. RollBackk connects to YOUR Git account and deploys from YOUR repositories -- we never hold a copy you cannot reach. A repository created from the console is created in your own account, under your own organisation. Disconnect the provider and your code is exactly where it always was.
